漁灣風(fēng)景區位于云臺山南麓，是全國著(zhù)名的花果山名勝區的重要組成部分。西連東磊石海風(fēng)景區，東鄰連云港港口和經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區。
漁灣自然風(fēng)光優(yōu)美，山澗景觀(guān)獨特，山上峰巒巍峨，松柏挺立，澗中流泉飛瀑，怪石嶙峋，峽谷幽深，云霧繚繞。清新安（今灌南）人方景濂曾在這里置別墅。方洲的《漁灣山莊記》詠嘆了這里的自然風(fēng)物：“云臺東二十五里為漁灣，余家之別墅也，數十年前居海中，漁人纜舟之所，故以名。依山構石屋，門(mén)環(huán)短垣，植柳百余株，清風(fēng)飄拂，映帶左右……戶(hù)東里許，為大癡石，峭壁插空，如奇鬼攫人狀。又東數武為龍潭，白練飛騰，冰珠迸擊，炎暑坐其下，凜然寒氣襲人，恍置身水晶域也。”
漁灣景點(diǎn)眾多，有明顧乾寫(xiě)的云臺山三十六景中的“三潭汲浪”，有傳說(shuō)中三龍戲水的“老龍潭”、“二龍潭”、“三龍潭”。龍潭澗一年四季流水不斷，春夏秋冬瀑布垂掛，澗內潭、澗、汪、瀑景景相連，被譽(yù)為江蘇的九寨溝。
漁灣不僅水妙，石頭也參差怪異，各盡其妙。三龍潭的天然石棚，老龍潭的“上天梯”，或壁立如削，或怪石嶙峋，兼以變幻莫測的潭水和周遭濃綠的植被，有如置身清遠幽古的遠古世界，遠離了塵世的喧囂，可以靜享自然賦予的清籟。
